Since we began measuring the quality of our services over 12 years ago, we have consistently achieved outstanding results in satisfaction surveys among our members, a reflection of our commitment to excellence. Our organization’s success is driven by its ability to actively engage with members, incorporate their feedback, and continuously adapt our services to meet their needs.

Over the past decade, we have introduced a series of key initiatives that highlight our dedication to continuous innovation.

  • Efficient Management and Stronger Connections with Our Members

To strengthen communication, we have implemented an advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that helps us better understand our members’ needs and deliver a more personalized experience. This tool allows us to track and manage member interactions, making it easier for them to participate in LACNIC’s institutional activities.

In addition, we are constantly improving our CRM with new features that will be introduced soon. Our goal is to provide greater transparency in management, allowing members to check the status of their applications online and track the remaining steps for resolution.

We have optimized our customer service with a new support ticketing system, significantly improving the speed and efficiency of handling inquiries and issues. This system has helped us reduce response times and track key service metrics more accurately, ensuring more effective support.

  • Local Currency Payments: A Customized  Solution for Our Members in Argentina

To meet the specific needs of our members in Argentina, we implemented a secure and convenient system that enables payments in local currency. Following an extensive search, we collaborated with a trusted provider to make this initiative possible, addressing a challenge that affected a significant number of our members.

Since its introduction, more than 20% of payments in Argentina have been processed through this method, demonstrating its success and adoption.

  • Enhancing Training Opportunities

Supporting the professional growth of our members is a key priority. In response to their needs, we have expanded the range of training programs and courses offered by the LACNIC Campus, introducing specialized courses that empower professionals to plan for long-term development.

The strong positive reception of these initiatives inspires us to continue strengthening this learning platform.

  • Strengthening Member Engagement

We have expanded our efforts by actively participating in industry events organized by third parties. This approach has helped us strengthen relationships—connecting with more than 50% of our members in the countries we visited last year—while also sharing firsthand insights on key topics such as the IPv4 address waitlist.

One of the most tangible results of this initiative is that, over the past year, we have met with more than 200 members across four different countries, reinforcing a culture of transparency and close collaboration.

Our commitment to our members and the broader community remains a top priority. Although satisfaction surveys reflect high approval levels, we remain focused on ongoing feedback to deliver innovative and effective solutions. Through these efforts, we continue to position this Regional Registry as a leading reference in the region.
