The regional community will hold its Fourth Latin American and Caribbean Regional Preparatory Meeting for the Internet Governance Forum in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. This open forum provides an opportunity for discussing regional and global issues relating to Internet evolution and its impact on the development of our societies.
