Guillermo Pereyra currently holds the position of security analyst at LACNIC CSIRT, the team responsible for the coordination functions needed to strengthen response capabilities in case of security incidents involving Internet resources in Latin America and the Caribbean. Guillermo has earned the CERT Incident Response Process Professional Certificate by the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (SEI). He has six years of experience in security incident response at Uruguay’s national ISP.
