Paula Oteguy

Paula Oteguy has been part of the LACNIC staff since 2011 and is currently the organization’s Multistakeholder Engagement Coordinator. Highlights of her activities include leading the development of LACNIC’s Líderes and Policy Shapers programs, as well as supporting national, regional, subregional, and youth IGF (NRI) initiatives. She has a degree in International Relations and has studied Internet Governance. She is currently a member of the Internet Governance Forum Multistakeholder Advisory Group (IGF MAG).
