Carlos Martínez

Carlos Martínez holds a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his professional career in IP network operation and gradually transitioned to network planning, later moving on to work on computer and information security. From 2005 to 2010 he worked exclusively in the field of computer security and helped to create Uruguay’s first Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).

Carlos is also a member of the ICANN Security and Stability Advisory Committee (SSAC).
