{"id":5987,"date":"2016-11-25T15:06:43","date_gmt":"2016-11-25T15:06:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/prensa.lacnic.net\/news\/2016noven\/lacnic-%e2%80%93-one-of-the-best-places-to-work"},"modified":"2023-07-28T18:36:13","modified_gmt":"2023-07-28T18:36:13","slug":"lacnic-one-of-the-best-places-to-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.lacnic.net\/en\/lacnic-one-of-the-best-places-to-work\/","title":{"rendered":"LACNIC \u2013 One of the Best Places to Work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the fifth year in a row, LACNIC has been named as one of the best places to work in Uruguay according to the ranking prepared by international consultants Great Place to Work.<\/p>\n<p>This year, LACNIC achieved an even better position in this prestigious ranking in the category of up to 150 employees, where it took the 5th place.<\/p>\n<p>LACNIC&#8217;s commitment to the open and collaborative construction of an excellent working environment is in line with the organization&#8217;s goals and objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Oscar Robles, LACNIC\u00b4s CEO, expressed his pride in the organization&#8217;s achievement and stressed that<em> \u201cmaintaining a work environment that allows our collaborators to perform and come up with creative proposals to address the challenges we face is essential for LACNIC.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As for the award, he noted that the recognition reinforces <em>\u201cthe commitment of the entire organization, employees and managers alike, to maintaining such conditions, but primarily to the continuous improvement not only of the services we offer our members, but also of our work environment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This study is conducted annually by Great Place to Work\u00ae in over 45 countries worldwide. In 2016, it ranked LACNIC among the best companies to work for in Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p>The analysis conducted by Great Place to Work is the most in-depth and well-respected study on workplace excellence and leadership practices.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2003, it publishes its ranking in Uruguay obtained using the same methodology as in the rest of the world: surveying employees regarding the level of trust and the quality of the relationships between them and management, and assessing company policies and practices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the fifth year in a row, LACNIC has been named as one of the best places to work in Uruguay according to the ranking prepared by international consultants Great Place to Work.
