A delegation of LACNIC representatives actively participated in several sessions during the Internet Governance Forum held in Joao Pessoa (Brazil) on 10-13 November.<\/p>\n

During the session on Best Practices in IPv6<\/strong>, Alejandro Acosta \u2014part of LACNIC’s R+D department\u2014 presented the case of Venezuela’s IPv6 Task Force to the international community present at the IGF https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zdjxQYPWRTk<\/a><\/p>\n

Likewise, Andr\u00e9s Piazza, Head of Strategic Relations and Internet Governance at LACNIC, moderated the IPv6 Forum<\/strong> https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1mgNRRmEMmQ<\/a><\/p>\n

Nicol\u00e1s Antoniello and Rafael Ibarra participated in the Internet Number Community Forum<\/strong>, promoting the bottom-up, multistakeholder model https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TTeY9jhw-AQ<\/a><\/p>\n

LACNIC also participated in the IGF session on Enhanced Cooperation in LAC<\/strong>, during which the LACIGF initiatives, the Mexican and Colombian Governance Forums, and Argentina’s Internet Governance Dialogues were presented<\/p>\n
