{"id":13442,"date":"2020-05-28T12:05:18","date_gmt":"2020-05-28T12:05:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prensa.lacnic.net\/news?p=13442"},"modified":"2020-06-29T16:44:17","modified_gmt":"2020-06-29T16:44:17","slug":"lacnic-is-the-best-place-to-work-for-women-in-uruguay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.lacnic.net\/en\/lacnic-is-the-best-place-to-work-for-women-in-uruguay\/","title":{"rendered":"LACNIC is the Best Place to Work for Women in Uruguay"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Latin American and Caribbean Internet\nAddress Registry (LACNIC) took the first place in the ranking of the best\nplaces to work for women in Uruguay prepared by Great Place to Work for the\ncategory of less than 150 employees. <br>\n<br>\nThis is the first time that organizations in Uruguay are recognized for their\nwork in reducing the gap between men and women and achieving greater equality\nin the world of work.&nbsp; <br>\n<br>\nThe proportion of women working as part of the LACNIC team has been gradually\nincreasing and has now reached 57%. This is reflected in the fact that the\nmanagement team now includes 50% of women, while 59% of the other leadership\npositions (leaders and coordinators) are occupied by women.<br>\n<br>\nGreat Place to Work Uruguay recognized LACNIC for its efforts to create and\nmaintain an excellent working environment for all its collaborators.<br>\n<br>\n\u201cAs reflected in one of our values, we value people, all people.
